- Used pizza blades were being stored in room temperature water. This was corrected by replacing the water with an ice bath with a temperature less than 4 degrees Celsius.

- There is a missing light cover in the pizza dough prep room. Replace missing light cover.

- There was an accumulation of dust on the tracks and fan cover of the standalone glass door refrigerator in the kitchen. Clean and sanitize area noted above.

- -The chemical sanitizer bottle at the front bar area was mislabeled as a degreaser.Action taken:-Staff was instructed to label the bottle as a sanitizer. -Please label the chemical bottles accurately to avoid chemical misuse.

- -Test papers for the Quat sanitizer were expired and not reading the sanitizer solution strength appropriately. Action required:-Please purchase new test papers.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- -Pest control records were not located at the time of inspection. *Please send us the recent pest control record via email.-It was observed that the back delivery door was damaged, and steel wool was used to seal the gaps.Action required:-Please install a weatherstripping at the back delivery door to prevent the pest entry.

- -Valid food handling permit was not located at the time of inspection and the staff was unaware regarding food permit.Action required:-Please paste a valid permit on a location which is visible to the public.

- -The door handle of the refrigerator present near to the back delivery door was damaged (repaired with the duct tape). Action required:-Please replace the door handle as the duct tape is not durable, not easily cleanable material.

- -Additional cleaning is required in the following areas;-Under the dishwashing sinks-the ventilation hood- the cleaned utensils shelves- the preparation table- under racks. -all hard-to-reach areasAction required:-Please clean the indicated areas.
