      • Staff were observed assisting customers at the cash register and then dispensing ice-cream into cones, without proper hand hygiene in-between the tasks. During the inspection, the manager placed a box of gloves by the ice-cream dispenser to remind staff to wash their hands.

      • The food handling permit posted in the facility had expired. A copy of the valid food handling permit was printed and posted at the time of inspection.

      • The floors in between the equipment, such as the cook line, had grease and debris build up.
