- The hand wash station, in the back food preparation area, did not have soap. This was corrected at the time of inspection. Please ensure all hand wash stations are fully equipped to ensure proper hand hygiene.

- There was accumulation of dust around the vent and ceiling tile above the three compartment sink. Please ensure the ceiling tiles are clean to prevent cross contamination.
