When the faucet is turned to the cold setting, there is little to no water pressure, and only hot water is dispensed.Please ensure that the faucet is repaired or replaced as needed. Handwashing sinks must provide both hot and cold water for proper use and compliance.

      • The walk-in-freezer had multiple food boxes left open. Please ensure after retrieving the stock from the freezer the food handler should ensure boxes are closed and food is covered to prevent contamination.

      • The mop bucket with dirty water was sitting near the mop sink area. After the conversation with the manager, the mop bucket was emptied and cleaned for future use.

      • The facility was utilizing tongs that were in disrepair. Please ensure damaged utensils (eg: tongs) are not utilized to handle food.
