Temperature was reaching 74.3C at the plate, confirmed by two T-sticks turning black.Left some T-sticks at facility for them to monitor. Manager indicated that dishwasher parts have been ordered.3 compartment sink available for back-up, if necessary.200ppm QUATs solution measured.
