      • Sliced cheese was entered as American cheese on the electronic time tracking chart and storage time at room temperature was entered as four hours under TPHC.Requirement:Sliced cheese is allowed to store for two hours at room temperature under TPHC.Please correct the expiry time on electronic time tracking chart.
