- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Ice scoop handle was observed to be in contact with ice. Public Health Significance: The handle of the ice scoop is a frequently touched surface by employees' bare hands, and as such can contaminate the clean ice with pathogens and could lead to foodborne illness.
- Corrective Action: Ice scoop was immediately taken out to be washed and sanitized, replaced with a clean one, and kept in a position not in direct contact with the ice.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Wiping cloth left out of sanitizing solution and seen being used to wipe a meal prep station. Public Health Significance: Wiping cloths not submerged in sanitizing solution is a breeding ground for pathogens and being used to wipe a meal prep station station can contaminate food and lead to foodborne illness.
- Corrective Action: Wiping cloth was disposed of and replaced with a clean one.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Observed wiping cloths left on the counters between use. (Public Health significance) - Cloths once used can harbor and grow bacteria if left as used at room temperature.
- Corrective Action: Store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution of 200 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm QUATs. Mix according to the manufacturer's specifications.
