- Observation: No handwashing station provided in the food preparation area and inadequate facilities provided for hand washing. Food handlers informed that they was their hands in the washroom at the back or wash in the one of the two compartmented sink meant for dishwashing. (Public Health Significance) Hand washing is an important practice to ensure food are protected from cross contamination from other previously handled foods or contact surfaces.
- Corrective Action: Ensure the hand wash station is installed and accessible at all timesin the food processing area. Hand washing unit should be used only as a hand wash station whenever food is being prepared. Soap and paper towel in dispensers and hot and cold running water must be provided to facilitate proper hand washing.

- Observation: Permit not posted where the public can see, observed a valid decor stuck on a business licence in the office.
- Corrective Action: Have a valid permit available and posted in a conspicuous location. where the public can see.

- Observation: Operator was unable to successfully describe the correct method for manual dishwashing proper wash, rinse, and sanitize step. (Public Health significance) - Manual dishwashing must provide a minimum concentration of 200 parts per million (ppm) unscented bleach solution as required to effectively sanitize dishware.
- Corrective Action: Immediately initiate hand sanitizing providing a 200 ppm soak for 2 minutes for all dish ware.

- Corrective Action: Ensure the hand wash station is accessible at all times and used only as a hand wash station (separate from dishwashing sink or washrooms hand washing stations) whenever food is being prepared. Soap and paper towel in dispensers and hot and cold running water must be provided to facilitate proper hand washing.

- Observation: A person in charge who has Level 1 FOODSAFE training must be on at all times the establishment is in operation.
- Corrective Action: Ensure staffing schedules provide for FoodSafe trained personnel to be present at all times.
