   • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
     • 1. Three screws were loose on the equipment. One on the main drain cover. One on the vertical water feature on the same side as the vault. One on the underneath of the overhead flower structure. All were also observed by operator. Please ensure all structural elements are maintained in proper working order. 2. Some cracks in basin surfacing is noted, please monitor and repair if the surfacing degrades further.
