- 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
- The drive through milk and cream dispenser measured a temperature of 10 degrees Celsius. An additional thermometer was added with also indicated 10 degrees Celsius. Drive through dispenser was replaced with spare dispenser. the drive through dispenser is not to be used until it is able to maintain a temperature of 4 degrees Celsius.

- The dishwashing sink spay nozzle had a leak that could not be stopped unless water was turned off to the faucets. Have plumbing repaired.
