      • A brown liquid resembling oil was observed in a spray bottle labeled “vinegar”. The operator stated that the contents were grease and were intended to be discarded. The bottle was promptly removed and discarded by the operator.The operator was advised that vinegar is not an approved sanitizer. The operator indicated that the bottle was intended for cleaning glass only.
