      • Open sample bags stored in ice cooler with ice packs lining the bottom of the cooler, however, this was insufficient for cooling. Advised operator to acquire ice and create an ice bath, ice packs stood up against the bags in the interim.ACTION: Please use water and ice bath to keep samples cold.
