      • - Accumulation of dust and debris was noted at the ceiling fan inside the kitchen.
      • - Ensure to clean and sanitize and remove debris from ceiling and maintain it in a clean and sanitary condition. Comments Violation 115 corrected: No flies were observed . Fly traps were set across kitchen. Doors were open.
