      • - The thermometer inside the standing fridge (2 door) next to the oven was broken.
      • - Ensure to obtain a functional thermometer.

      • - The display unit of dishwasher was blank. Dishwasher was tested to be above 71°celsius at plate level.
      • - Ensure to repair the dishwasher. Meanwhile either obtain a thermometer capable to checking / recording maximum temperature and check the unit to ensure the temperature is above 71° or above or manually sanitize in the third compartment. Comments General Comments: - Hand sink stocked with soap, hot water and paper towel. - QUAT above 200 parts per million. - Temperatures inside cooler and freezers were below 4°celsius and -18°celsius. - Premises was maintained in sanitary condition. - Hot-held food was above 60°celsius.
