Operator also filled written procedures for post service care and accidental cut.Requirement:Ensure the facility specific written procedure is available for use at the facility.
    • 13. Is single-use or uncleanable equipment being used as intended (Critical)?
      • The silicone lash pads in one of the pouches appeared contaminated with hair and other debris.Operator discarded the items.Requirement:-Ensure all single use items are stored in clean and sanitary manner and discarded after use.
