      • The skimmer does not have a properly fitted weir. -The correct weir is on order. Contact the company and complete a rush shipment.

      • The skimmers had no suction during the inspection. The pump was observed to be working and pressure in the sand filter. The operator indicated the often had an issue and had to backwash the filters daily. The issue was resolved during inspection however daily backwashes to resolve issue should not be needed. Have the skimmers, pump and sand filter assess by a pool company. Provide documentation that it is repaired and in good working order.

      • 1. The automated controller pH and ORP was consistently changing. 2. The probes for the automated controller had a build up of debris. 3. The automated controller was in constant alarm.Repair automated controller. Have a pool company provide documentation that the automated controller is in good working order.4. The skimmer does not have a floating weir. Install a floating weir.

      • The top plumbing and gasket of the sand filter is leaking water. Ensure this is repaired.

      • The operator is not consistently documenting chemical parameters, ORP, clarity checks, anti-entrapment checks or addition of chemicals/corrective measures to pool chemistry. Ensure all pool parameters are documented at least once daily.
