      • Whirlpool basin was observed to have excessive staining and pitting. Operator advised of remediation efforts to commence later this year, which would include resurfacing the basin with tile.Requirement: All aspects of the pool must be maintained in clean, sanitary condition and must be in good repair.** Ensure that tile colour is light so that the bottom of the basin is easily visible

      • The main drain was observed to be missing one of 16 screws.-Obtain a screw that complies with the manufacturer's installation instructions and apply immediately

      • Automated controller for the whirlpool needs to recalibrate. Controller was displaying a free chlorine level of 3.4 compared to the measured chlorine level of 2.77 during the inspection.Please recalibrate the automated controller so the displayed chlorine level is accurate.

      • A clock was not visible around the whirlpool. patrons need to be able to monitor their time in a whirlpool for safety purposes. Operator reinstalled a working clock during the inspection.

      • The facility had new pumps for the whirlpool, but the anti-entrapment plans were not updated to include the updated pump details.Please update the anti-entrapment plans to reflect the new jet and recirculation pumps.
