- 1. Automated controller is not properly functioning. Operator stated that FCL spikes to 10ppm in mornings to which they have to balance back down daily. Callibrate or replace automatic feeders so that all chemicals are balanced and consistent. 2. West skimmer did not show evidence of proper flow. A backwash was performed on site to improve flow temporarily. Fix flow through skimmers for adequate surface disinfection.

Pool main drains expired in Feburary of 2024Contact pool company for the installation of new main drains, and to update the antientrapment plan.
