   • 06. Has an owner or owner's agent, if any, been identified and is the pool operated and maintained by a qualified pool operator?
     • 1. No person with pool certification readily available. Hire or train personal with current pool certification.
   • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
     • 1. The sauna door handle was loose. Repair or replace handle.2. The soap dispensers for showers were empty in both bathrooms. Refill soap at showers.
   • 10. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
     • 1. Chemical analysis records were incomplete.Daily chemical analysis and records are required for FAC, CC, pH, ALK, temperature, ORP, controller pH and any incidents or repairs.
