      • 1. Free Available Chlorine measured 0.06 ppm (picture 2) which is under the required parameter of at least 2ppm.Ensure Free Available Chlorine is maintained at 2ppm or greater. 2. pH measured 7.88 (picture 3) which is the above the required parameter range of 6.8-7.6. Adjust pH to fall within the required 6.8-7.6 range. The controller measured an ORP of 264 and a pH of 7.96 indicating a failed system.Temperature measured 39.1C.

      • 1. The chlorine pump was not functioning, failing to provide continuous chlorination. (Picture 5)Repair the chlorine pump and ensure continuous chlorination is provided to the whirlpool.

      • 1. The Maximum Filtration Rate was measured at 17.7 minutes, which is above the accepted parameters of 12.5 minutes or less.Based on a filters area of 4.52 square feet, the maximum allowable flow rate for the filter is 56.5 GPM. Maintain the flow rate at or below this level. 2. Unable to determine is 80% of filtering is from skimmers. Clarify percentage of filtration is 80% or greater from skimmers. Flow rate measure at 80GPM. Based on a pool volume of 540 gallons, the turnover rate measured 540 gal/80 = 6.75 minutes. This falls with within the required 15 minutes or less parameter for whirlpools. Unable to locate filter area. The filter area was based on a filter radius measurement of 1.2 feet. 3.14*1.2*1.2 = 5.42 square feet. Maximum filtration rate = 80GPM/4.52 square feet = 17.7 minutes.       • 1. The chemical water parameters were unsatisfactory and there was no continuous chlorination.Operate the pool in a daily manner that would minimize contamination. Anti-entrapment covers were viewed to be in good condition. This included two unblockable covers and two covers on the side plane. The water clarity was good.
    • 13. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. The clock for whirlpool was showing the wrong time.Correct the time to assist clients with determining exposure times.Secure railing. Verified emergency phone.
    • 15. Has an owner or owner's agent, if any, been identified and is the pool operated and maintained by a qualified pool operator?
      • 1. No persons with NSPF pool certification were trained for the facility. Acquire a trained staff or readily accessible person who can attend facility daily. Staff indicate the current owners only attend on weekends.
    • 16. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • 1. The chemical sampling is inconsistent and not at the required frequency of at least. The last recorded chemical sample taken on September 5, 2026 (picture 8). Some dates are out of sequence indicating errors in sampling. Daily temperatures were not being recorded. The daily incident section was not being completed. Daily chemical sampling is required for the whirlpool. Incidents and repairs must also be recorded.2. The DPT chemical expired on 08/26 (Picture 9). The Alkalinity chemical expired on 05/26 (Picture8). Discard the expired chemical and only use chemicals within the expiration dates.

      • 1. Requested written policies for supervision, general sanitation, incident response and anti-entrapment. Operators were not able to provide any such documentation. Create policies for the above, familiarize the staff with these policies and have them readily accessible.2. There are no posted instructions for restricting whirlpool access it the client has had diarrhea in the past 2 weeks.Post signage that includes not to use the whirlpool if the user has had diarrhea in the past two weeks. 3. The anti-entrapment plan does not include two covers on a different plane. Update anti-entrapment plan. Current signage includes shower prior to use, recommended 10 minutes exposure limits, consult physician if client has specific existing physical conditions and age limit of 16 years and above.
