- Bar glass dishwasher using iodine sanitizer was in disrepair. Iodine concentration was measured at 0 ppm during inspection.- Please ensure to get the necessary dishwasher repairs done.- Until the dishwasher is repaired, operator was instructed to use back kitchen dishwasher to perform the dishwashing.**November 7: Bar dishwasher measured at 0 ppm during inspection. Operator to contact technician. Use back kitchen dishwasher for glassware.

Wall insulation pieces noted underneath the prep stations.- Operator is to ensure to remove droppings using appropriate methods and thoroughly clean and sanitize all the areas.2. Dead mouse was observed in a trap located underneath the glasswasher in the bar area.- Ensure that adequate pest control is taking place in the facility.- Make sure to remove dead mouse using appropriate methods and thoroughly clean the area.**November 7: Mouse droppings noted in the storage deck near the dishwashing area. April 17, 2024 update: Booster for high temperature dishwasher was not working. Chlorine sanitizer installed however, 0 ppm chlorine was detected. Service called for maintenance.
