      • - Bleach bottle in the preschool room was not labelled. Staff was informed and the bottle was labelled.

      • - Chemicals such as spray bottles containing bleach solution and Purexall disinfectant are not being stored in a manner that restricts access to children. Please ensure bleach and other chemicals are away from children when not in use, and not on counters that are not high enough to restrict access. Ideal is in a cupboard with a child proof locking mechanism.

      • - Each childcare room is not being provided with their own first aid kits. Rooms are sharing first aid kits. - Staff were informed that each room should have their own first aid kit to ensure prompt and easy access to first aid supplies when needed.

      • The ventilation cover in the main washroom accessible to children is in disrepair. The ventilation cover is hanging from the ceiling. Please ensure the ventilation cover is refastened to the ceiling.
