- 19(2)(b) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
(b) adequately designed and appropriately located hand-washing facilities;
- Temporary handwashing station setup at vendor booth was not easily accessible. Hand soap was not available at the booth. Temporary handwashing station must be accessible for use by vendor and must be equipped with liquid hand soap in pump dispenser bottle and single use paper towels on a holder.
