- 29(2)(b) A maintenance, cleaning and sanitation program must include procedures to ensure that all of the following are done:

- A few rodent droppings observed on the bottom storage shelf across from the hand wash sink (no food stored on this shelf). Clean and sanitize shelf affected by rodent droppings.
