     • Repair and determine the cause of the ongoing leaks causing ceiling tiles to become saturated and soiled. Affected areas evident at the time of inspection that were the infant room ceiling tiles and adjacent hallway.Ensure that all repair work is completed outside of center hours and provide supporting documentation.

     • The sleeping mats were put too close together throughout the facility. - The operator re-arranged the mats during the inspection. Ensure that the sleeping mats are put at least 60 cm (2 feet) apart.

     • Improper toy washing practices. Ensure that toys are washed with soap and water, rinsed with water and disinfected and air dried as discussed on site.
   • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
     • Improper glove use; gloves are not being changed between tasks. Develop and educate staff on proper use of gloves.
