- Sanitizer used in the sandwich prep area was below 200 ppm when measured with a QUAT test strip. Sanitizers must be at 200 ppm ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing. Operator replaced the bottle with a QUAT solution that was at 200 ppm during the inspection
- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- Quat test strips were expired and no longer effective.Please replace the Quat test strips with ones that are not expired to ensure sanitizer concentrations can be tested and verified.
