      • Junior Casa: Sporadic mouse droppings were observed in the front area.Please ensure the following: - Continue to contract the services of a licensed pest control company to address the rodent issue and submit all reports from the company to Alberta Health Services.- Discard all affected items that cannot be properly cleaned and sanitized.- Conduct a thorough deep cleaning and disinfect the facility using a 1000 ppm bleach solution. All mice droppings must be removed.- Wash all bedding and soft toys, then dry them in a hot air dryer.- Clean and disinfect all toys thoroughly. After disinfecting with a 1000 ppm bleach solution, ensure toys are rinsed with clean water to remove any residual bleach.

The flower vases were placed on craft shelves and within reach of the children.Please remove or replace the glass vases and any glass item with containers made of a non-breakable material to minimize the risk of physical injury in the event of accidental breakage.

      • The snack kitchen in the toddler room is accessible. There is a high temperature dishwasher, concerned about children touching or opening dishwasher and being burnt, and cross contamination of food due to fridge access. Block area until a permanent solution can be completed.

      • There were no antiseptic wipes in the first aid kit located in room one.
