- Observation(s): Facility is on a Boil Water Notice, at this time the facility was using potable water bottles (5 gal or larger) sourced from approved water bottling facility. Facility had numerous available for use. This potable water is used for food handling, preparation, and for human consumption. Ice was bagged ice from local supplier.
