      • Rodent droppings observed in hard to reach areas of storage ( behind below shelving ).
      • Wash, clean, and disinfect in full. Monitor area, maintain in sanitary manner. Comments Facility transitioning for summer season (see Eagle View file). Not open to the public at the time of inspection. Inspection encompasses Marmots / Cantina, adjacent walk-ins, and storage areas. Handsinks clean, sanitary, adequately supplied. Food safety protective temperatures in compliance.
