- Observation(s): During inspection it was noticed that a baking oven was connected with a damaged electrical cord, a picture taken. The operator must ensure to use a proper electrical outlet for the oven. Picture must be emailed to [email protected] depicting that that the problem has been rectified.

- Observation(s): Operator must pay fees for the Permit to Operate by calling 250-770-5540. Failure to submit a payment may lead to revoking a permit.
