      • A few cockroaches noted on sticky trap beside the upright freezer in the back. Operator has contacted their pest control company to assess and treat as needed
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The lids of the chest freezers were in disrepair and were being held together with duct tape.
