      • **Tweezers used for eyelash extension are cleaned and disinfected with PREempt wipes. Wipes are not the proper disinfectant for this class of tools. The tweezers require a high-level disinfection.** All the PreEmpt disinftant and wipes on site expired in 2022**Combs used at the hairstyling station are not being disinfected. The operator simply washes and dry them. ACTION REQUIRED1) Purchase a high-level disinfectant (e.g. CS20) for disinfecting reusable tools used for eyelash extension.2) Purchase test strips for the high level disinfectant3) Keep records of High-level disinfectant use, using the template provided4) Discontinue use of all PREempt disinfectant on site as they are expired.5) Ensure that all combs at the hairstyling station are disinfected with barbicide after cleaning them
