- **Improper use of gloves was observed: The cook had a glove on one hand. He used the same glove to handle raw eggs, finished cooked food and raw meat without changing the gloves. At one point, the cook just rinsed the gloved hand under water. This practice may result in the cross contamination of food and possible food borne illness. The manager was directed to discuss proper glove use with the cooks.Attached to this report is a handout on proper use of gloves.
