      • Baseboards were missing from the older-preschool room and infant room. This was due to a leak from the hot water tank earlier this month. The baseboards will be re-installed when the children are not present.

      • The hot water temperature at some of the sinks children have access to was hotter than 54C.

      • PHI received information from operator that remediation has been completed on the leak issue between the kitchen and the infant room. An on-site inspection will take place to confirm compliance.

      • The craft supply cabinet in the toddler room was not anchored to the wall and presents a hazard. Anchor large cabinets and ensure that small cabinets are against the wall so that they prevent a crushing hazard. May 29, 2024 Update:Cabinet still not anchored to the wall.

      • The craft supply cabinet in the toddler room was not anchored to the wall and presents a hazard. Anchor large cabinets and ensure that small cabinets are against the wall so that they prevent a crushing hazard.

      • Disinfectant being used does not indicate for cleaning of toys and may or may not require a rinse step for surfaces that may be mouthed. Disinfectant also being used in kitchen is not food-grade.
