- The sandwich prep cooler was not on at time of inspection, and some food items were stored within. Mayo based sauce was moved to a suitable refrigerator. PHI advised operators to not store any perishable food items in this cooler until it is at 4C or less.

- quat sanitizer is being used, ensure appropriate sanitizer testing strips are obtained to test the sanitizer strength before use.
