      • The sliding door cooler was measured around 8C at time of inspection. Discussed with operators that refrigeration units must be maintained at 4C or colder. Ensure all perishable food items are stored in a fridge that can maintain a temperature of 4C or less.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The baseboards were missing from the kitchen due to a hot water tank leak that occurred October 4th.

There did not appear to be any visible leak occurring in the kitchen at the time of inspection. Ensure the action plan to fix this issue is sent to Inspector.2. Baseboards are missing in the kitchen, ensure baseboards are replaced

      • Chemical being used in kitchen is not food grade. Facility asked to used 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer until they select a permanent food grade sanitizer. - 100 ppm Chlorine sanitizer can be permanent sanitizer.
