      • 4 used wooden wax applicators were sitting on the two wax pots in one of the waxing rooms. Wooden applicators must not be double dipped into the wax. The operator was instructed to discard the applicators and the two wax pots during the inspection.

The operator informed that they are not providing any manicure/pedicure services in the facility.**A setup for manicure/pedicure services was observed in the facility. The operator informed that they will be removing the setup soon.The operator was advised to follow manufacturer's instructions for disinfectant use.

      • December 2024: Manufacturer's instructions for energy-emitting equipment were not accessible.Previous inspection-The manufacturer’s instructions for energy-emitting equipment are not kept in an accessible place. There was no manual available on-site for the Laser. Ensure the manual is available on-site for staff reference, at all times.

      • -Six bottles of facial creams and 2 bottles of facial bleach were in use past their expiration date. -The bottles did not have the list of ingredients to identify if they are safe for use.The operator is required to follow manufacturer's instructions for all cosmetic products and provide the list of ingredients of all the cosmetic products they are using in the facility.
