- The temperature dial in the mini fridge in the baby room was observed in the "off" position during the inspection. The interior temperature of the fridge was measured at 15C. The mini fridge contained two opened containers of milk (one plant, one dairy). The milk was measured at 12C using a probe thermometer. The milk was disposed of during the inspection. Please ensure the mini fridge temperatures are always at 4C or below.
