- There was single sink in the washroom and operator was planning to use this sink for hand washing and for reprocessing tools.Corrective action:Sink in the washroom is not permitted to use for reprocessing tools.Please provide a separate sink equipped with hot and cold running water in an area not accessible by the clients. There should be area near this reprocessing sink to clean and dry the tools or provide some trolly/table or rack for this purpose
