      • Tweezer to handle eyelashes was disinfected using barbicide- low level disinfectantCorrective action:Provide high level disinfectant like CS 20, HLD 5 etc. asap and follow the contact time on the label.If disinfectant is discarded daily after use, then no test strips are needed, and no disinfectant log is required.
    • 30. Is the reprocessing area of a personal service facility that uses reusable equipment properly designed, managed and maintained to ensure the safety of clients?
      • Reprocessing sink was in the washroom having a toilet and a shower stall.Corrective action:Disconnect water to the toilet, cover the toilet seat with a plastic bag on all sides and put a note " not in use". Also block the shower area.
