- 1. Storage room next to violet room: The fridge measured 8 degrees C.2. Teal room: A thermometer was missing, and temperature readings were 8.6 degrees C with an infrared thermometer.3. Storage between pink and purple room: The fridge measured 6 degrees C.Corrective action: Please adjust the temperature of the fridge. It should not exceed 4 degrees C. Ensure all of the fridges and freezers have thermometers.

- 1. The three-compartment sink is in unsanitary condition and there is build-up of grime around the drain and on the sides of the sink basin.- Please clean and sanitize the sink. Have a schedule in place to clean the sink on a frequent basis.

- 1. The sanitizer room is cluttered. One of the sink compartments were blocked and not easily accessible. - Please organize the space and ensure there is adequate space. The sinks should be easily accessible.
