      • The procedure for reprocessing semi-critical equipment described by the operator was inadequate. The equipment are not being rinsed after soaking in a high-level disinfectant solution.**Ensure all equipment reprocessed with a high-level disinfectant are rinsed under running water to remove all chemical residue in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.

      • Client chairs and work surfaces are being disinfected with alcohol.**Ensure to use at minimum a low-level disinfectant for these surfaces.
