- 1) Foods were stored in the living room and mud room, both areas that are part of the homeowner's living quarters. Shelves of foods were displayed in living room like grocery store. Designate all foods for storage in the garage warehouse. Do not open boxes of foods for storage on shelves - keep foods in boxes. Only have sample foods in living room/office area for showing customers and label all those foods as "display only - not for sale" or something to that effect.2) Some personal foods/packaging materials were mixed and stored among foods for public consumption. Separate person items away from public foods.
