      • Dusty nail buffers, old files, used sponge tip applicators were stored in some of the manicure station drawers. Operator was instructed not to use single-use items. Discard all used buffers, files, used sponge tips applicators.
    • 15. Is reusable equipment handled and stored properly (Critical)?
      • Tools such as metal drill bits, nail clippers had nail dust accumulated.After each client service, take all used manicure tools to the reprocessing area for cleaning and disinfection. Do not store used tools together with cleaned ones. Properly store cleaned tools inside the manicure drawers to protect them from environmental contamination.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • 1. Using PRE empt CS20 pour for more than 1 day (Mon-Sat) and not checking the concentration of disinfectant daily (no test papers present). Operator was instructed to purchase the test papers (AHP 7%) and maintain the High level disinfection logs.2. Manicure drill bits were soaked inside the isopropyl alcohol. Instructions provided to clean and then disinfect reusable metal drill bits in high level disinfectant.

      • The manicure stations drawers had nail dust/dirt collected. Please thoroughly clean. Cited on 2024-06-10 Debris accumulation in cupboards, on cupboard doors, in waxing storage containers and hard-to-reach areas. - Thoroughly clean.Update- "Corrected"
