- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food contact surface sanitizer concentration measred above 200ppm chlorine
- Corrective Action(s): Make sure to have sanitizer concentration 100 ppm chlorine. 30 ml (2 tablespoons) of 5% unscented bleach in 4.5 litres (1 gallon) of water. This will effectively sanitize the surfaces and prevent any potential food contamintaion of food from high conctration sanitation solution. Operator was able to make new solution measured 100 ppm chlorine.
