      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed QUATs surface sanitizer registering at 100ppm when tested.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure QUATs surface sanitizer is at 200ppm concentration for proper sanitization of surfaces. Operator refilled solution during inspection and solution now at 200ppm.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Rolling rack was blocking the hand sink and a mixer was sitting beside the hand sink with cord running across the hand sink.
      • Corrective Action(s): Remove rolling rack and ensure that hand sink is accessible at all times. Mixer was also moved so that there is not cord across the hand sink.
