- Operator had not notified the AHS-EPH about the existence of personal service busienss, alongwith relevant information.Guidance was provided about the requirement of Personal Service Notification.The PSN was submitted during the inspection.The violation was corrected during the inspection.

- Facility specific written procedures were not established by the facility.Based on the services provided at the facility, written procedures for client care in case of accidental cuts and punctures were provided during the inspection.
- 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
- It was observed that hand sanitizer used in the facility did not have DIN or NPN number issued by Health Canada.Discussed with operator the requirement of DIN/NPN number.Operator confirmed that improper hand sanitizer would be removed from the facility and hand sanitizer with NPN/DIN number would be acquired.
