- (1) There were no written procedures. The operator completed the Written Procedure for Accidental Skin Cuts or Punctures at the time of inspection.* Ensure written procedure is kept on site, and the staff are aware of where it is stored.* Ensure the written procedure is presented to a PHI upon request.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- (1) Some of the bottles and containers were not labeled (clipper oil bottle, lightener chemical container, lysol wipes container). The operator labeled items with a marker during the inspection.* Ensure all products or chemicals dispensed into other containers are properly labeled.
