    • 17. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Critical)?
      • The inside of the grip of the permanent make up device, where the needle cartridge goes into was not cleaned. Ink residue was observed. Please ensure permanent make up pen is cleaned in accordance with the manufacturer's instruction. Disassemble and thoroughly clean and disinfect this device between each client use.
    • 21. Is equipment that is intended to be sterile maintained sterile at the point of use?
      • 1. A few of the pre-sterilized Studex ear piercings packages were stained or not intact and without expiry dates. Please discard and do not use these items as sterility assurance is not guaranteed.
    • 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
      • 1. Polysporin for client use expired in 2022. Please do not use expired medication on clients.2. J-PRO numbing cream does not have a Drug Identification Number. Please only use numbing cream with DIN.
