      • Clients must be provided with verbal and written care instructions following any personal service that punctures the skin or mucous membrane including facial extractions using a sterile lancet.

      • Re-iterated the importance of only using the comedone tool with "loop ends". A comedone loop with "piercing tips" must be discarded after each use. Requested removal of the comedone loops with “piercing tips” to be removed from the facility.
